Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
There are currently delivery delays beyond our control in some regions due to the current world pandemic situation.
We thank you for your patience and continued support as we do our best to continue delivering to our customers through this omicron outbreak.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 working days for New Zealand customers, and 10-20 working days for international customers of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at silverferngallery@xtra.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us if you require International shipping. Because we sell unique items, with specific needs for shipping, we prefer to calculate shipping on a "per item" basis. Since almost every item requires a custom box and weight to calculate rates., this is the easiest option for accurate shipping rates for our customers.
We offer international shipping to over 220 countries worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Silver Fern Gallery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
